It’s a fantastic thing to watch people grow up.  I love this job.

Meet the Bogestad family.  They happen to live in the same building as our studio, yet we had never met.  We turned their portraits into the coolest Christmas card which we will blog later (I’ll give you a hint: it was 28″ wide).

Jill and Brent got married and had babies.  Here are the little ones at one year old in their holiday finery.

The wonderfully expressive Isla came in for a session this week with her mom and dog, Boo.  More of those cheeks, please.

The Parell’s are back and better than ever.

Rossi, the dog clear focus of these family portraits, responds only to sternly issued commands in a deep voice, spoken in German.  Just like Matt Blum.  PLATZ!

I know what you’re thinking: “I’ve seen that kid before!”  Well, faithful blog stalker (aka Mom), you’re right. We got the whole Solomon crew involved.  Including the most unselfconscious 11 year old we’ve ever met.  Nailed it.

Oh, how we love the Ansel girls and their infectious smiles.  Annabel graduated a couple of years ago, but she was home on summer break and so she joined Mimi and Lily for their shoot.  Twins?  Practically triplets. Hope you’re having a blast in France, ladies.  Stay sweet!
